We are re-defining workers’ comp insurance by focusing on three main pillars: injury prediction, prevention, and management. Kinetic develops technology-driven solutions in each of these areas to create best-in-class outcomes for our policyholders. Kinetic uses technology across the three pillars mentioned above to do everything from automate underwriting in certain class codes to manage claims better through AI-based insights. We are at the forefront of how to predict, prevent, and manage claims in mid-market to larger Workers’ Comp accounts. Kinetic is based in New York city, but has workers based remotely in many geographic locations. At this stage, Kinetic has approximately 60 employees and is expanding due to profitable growth in Workers’ Comp.
