Overview:

We’re hiring a Sourcer to help scale engineering teams by identifying and engaging exceptional technical talent. This role is focused on top-of-funnel recruiting for engineering positions and requires availability during Pacific Time Zone working hours.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with recruiters and engineering hiring managers to understand role requirements
• Source high-quality engineering candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other platforms
• Create and test outreach strategies to improve candidate response rates
• Build and maintain a pipeline of technical talent across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and data roles
• Conduct initial candidate screens to assess fit and interest
• Track sourcing activity and candidate progress in the ATS
• Share sourcing insights and market data with the team

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience sourcing for technical roles, ideally in a high-growth environment
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
• Strong understanding of engineering functions and technical skill sets
• Familiarity with ATS platforms like Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be available to work core hours in the Pacific Time Zone
