Key Responsibilities
- Manage a full-cycle pipeline—from outreach to signed agreements
- Engage Arabic- and English-speaking candidates with clarity and professionalism
- Deliver tailored presentations to help buyers understand the opportunity
- Own your numbers, forecast performance, and track progress in the CRM
- Partner with internal teams to improve lead quality, messaging, and buyer experience
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in a closing sales role (bonus for franchise, B2C, or high-ticket sales)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets
- Arabic and English fluency (spoken and written)
- Excellent communicator who thrives in virtual environments
- Familiar with tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
- Remote-ready, independent, and available during EST hours
