Flourish Research is looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Call Center Agent to join our team in a remote or office setting. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and supporting our research team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our research projects and services
Proactively upsell and cross-sell our products and services to customers
Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads and gather feedback on customer experiences

Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in a research or data-driven industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with customers
Proficient in computer skills and experience with CRM software

Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
