Job Summary:
We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Growth to lead our user acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts—specifically targeting healthcare professionals (HCPs). In this role, you’ll own the full growth funnel, from acquisition to referral, and drive scalable, data-informed strategies that fuel our expansion. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and commercial teams to align growth initiatives with user experience and growth goals, especially in support of pharma partnerships.
The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of scaling consumer-facing products in the healthcare or pharma space, with deep expertise in marketing to physicians and other medical professionals. You’re analytical, creative, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced startup environment.
